INDICATIONS
For all the infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to ceftiofur together with inflammatory reaction. For the treatment of acute and chronic laminitis, acute infectious mastitis, dystocia and respiratory diseases. It can also be used in the immediate postsurgical period.
Cattle, goats, sheep and camels: pasteurellosis, pneumonia, Haemophilus somnus, metritis, mastitis, footrot.
Swine: pasteurellosis, bronchitis, pneumonia, pleuropneumonia, salmonellosis, colibacillosis.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
Shake well before use.
For intramuscular or subcutaneous injection
Cattle, sheep, goats and camels: 1 ml per 50 kg body weight/day (1 mg/kg of ceftiofur and 3 mg/kg of ketoprofen) for 3 - 5 consecutive days.
Swine: 1 ml per 17 kg body weight (3 mg/kg of ceftiofur and 9 mg/kg of ketoprofen) for 3 consecutive days.
SIDE EFFECT
Use of the drug can lead to localized tissue reaction. Tissue injuries should improve 15 days after the last administration of the veterinary medicinal product. May be present areas of discolorationat the site of application periods of 11 days or less.
WITHDRAWAL TIMES
Meat: 4 days.
Milk: 0 days
